What will happen to your existing contact partners?
Despite the new company structure, you will keep your existing contact partners. Our site in Mönchengladbach (formerly KARO), focusing on the service areas of cable assemblies and enclosure machining/insertion, will also be retained. At our headquarters in Wallenhorst, we will concentrate on the component business.
Where exactly is my delivery? Enhanced range of services starting from February 2020
Starting from February 2020, every time we send out a delivery to you via UPS you will also receive a shipment notification by e-mail You will always know when your order has left our warehouse and be able to identify its current location. This shipment notification will be sent to the contact person specified in the customer order.
