The compatibility of work and family for our employees has been a central component and a heartfelt concern of our human resources work for many years. RST is therefore also one of the founding members of the corporate network "Success Factor Family".

For 15 years, we have benefited from the experience and good examples of the more than 8,300 members that the network now comprises.

"We use the network to get ideas for family-friendly HR policies from other companies or to participate in seminars," says Bettina Korte as HR Manager at RST. "It is our goal to continuously develop. In this way, we benefit permanently from committed employees," adds Korte.

"The labour market is changing," is the assessment of Kirsten Frohnert, project manager of the network office "Success Factor Family": "Today's skilled workers formulate their expectations more clearly, personnel work is becoming more individual. Reconciliation is no longer a question of "if", but of "how", i.e. how it is organised. It must be possible to balance the wishes of the employees and the requirements of the company," explains Frohnert.

About the corporate network "Success Factor Family":

The corporate network "Success Factor Family" was founded in 2007 by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce as a central platform for family-oriented companies. Since then, it has been growing continuously and now has more than 8,300 members, ranging from micro-enterprises to DAX companies. With its offers, the network office primarily supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the practical implementation of a family-conscious personnel policy.
