RST makes the 2022 Christmas donation to the Osnabrück Kindertafel. The donation is particularly welcome for the Tafel these days in order to be able to cope with the rising costs.

"Europe is looking back on a year with events and the resulting consequences that most people probably no longer thought possible. Therefore, it is particularly important for us to support a heartfelt project in the Osnabrück region in 2022 as well," says RST Managing Director Jan Christoph Rabe. "Because every child should be able to develop in the best possible way. This also includes a healthy diet," Rabe continues.

The volunteers of the Kindertafel supply more than 30 Osnabrück institutions with breakfast packages and ingredients for a lunch. The good thing for the schools, after-school care centres, day-care centres or community centres is that the help arrives where it is needed: with the children who do not have a packed lunch in their pockets or no money to buy food.

The RST team symbolically handed over the donation to the head of the Osnabrück Tafel, Hermann Große-Marke, during a visit to St. Nicholas on 6 December 2022. "Unfortunately, we continue to expect rising prices for food," explains Große-Marke. "Any amount will help us. Smaller monthly contributions are also welcome so that we can reliably plan our expenses," he adds.
